KMG's content is closely aligned with the client’s business goals (tenant retention, attract a certain number of new tenants, residents and customers) and is integrated with the client’s brand across all other channels (web, print, out of home).

  • 3,000% increase in followers in 9 months (organic, unpaid)

  • Implemented new Stories Highlights feature

  • Establish signature events (Boogie on The Boulevard, Farmers Market, Photos with Santa) as a way to drive traffic to the center as well as provide additional social media content

Facebook

  • Since KMG took over the client's Facebook account, the engagement rate (rates of individuals commenting, liking, sharing or clicking a post) has seen a four-fold increase. This is in spite of strict, pay-to-play algorithm changes and a modest ad budget.

127% increase in profile visits in 9 months

 

An Integrated Approach

These social media results were fueled, in large part by the integrated approach KMG adopted, including a redesign of the leasing brochure, the website, rebranding of the residences and producing breakthrough videos for use in RFPs by the developer.
