The Allegro Luxury apartments at The Boulevard, one of St. Louis’ premiere lifestyle destinations, needed a new brand identity to reflect the vibrance and culture of the center. Following our Success with The Boulevard’s Phase II leasing materials, The Boulevard enlisted Kaleidoscope Management Group (KMG) to re-brand the existing Allegro apartments and create a compelling leasing brochure.



New Name, New Look

The existing Allegro name and logo were inconsistent with the center’s updated branding and modern, lifestyle identity. The KMG team set out to create a visually-compatible, modern identity for the apartments that could exist in harmony with the retail center. The Residences at The Boulevard was born.


Leasing Brochure

KMG created a compelling leasing document to attract tenants. By positioning The Residences as upscale, luxury apartments in a vibrant, lifestyle center, we were able to quickly attract new leases. Additionally, we worked with an interior design firm to update the existing model units and capture key photographs to promote the apartments.


Leasing Results

Following the rebrand of The Residences at The Boulevard and the redesign of the display units, there are currently no available units left at The Residences. This represents a significant increase in units leased over this time last year. .
