KMG was retained by Propper Construction Services to develop branding, a website and related collateral for their Tesson Ridge development, support with the St. Louis County planning & zoning process and communicate with key stakeholders – including interested buyers/renters – at key project milestones. 

Our materials and outreach facilitated 230+ leads and significant pre-sale activity, including deposits on 1/3 of Villas the first day the sales office opened.
