Cabanne Howard, CEO, ENFP

Cabanne has built a strategic marketing & consulting practice based on her experience in the corporate, hospitality, real estate, arts and nonprofit worlds. Cabanne is a strategic and critical thinker with an ability to leverage relationships and expertise to create effective, customized communications solutions on time and under budget. She is the consummate brand and relationship builder.

Cabanne earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Over the course of her career, Cabanne has built a robust network of communications experts around the country with whom she works to deliver value to KMG’s clients. Collectively, the KMG team brings decades of strategic communications experience across public relations, web and graphic design, consumer insights, branding and advertising.

Tucker Pierce, Chief Performance Officer, ENFJ

Tucker brings new meaning to the term “multi-hyphenate”. She is a talented digital marketer, project manager, graphic designer, illustrator and visual artist with deep experience in real estate, healthcare and hospitality. Above all else, she puts KMG’s mission of “Bringing the Complex into Focus” into action.  

Tucker is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Lisa Pettibone, Fractional CFO, ISFJ

Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in small business accounting, payroll and operations to Kaleidoscope Management Group. By supplying critical financial and operational support to management, she empowers businesses to succeed.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Maryville University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Her vast range of experience includes financial statements, payroll, cash management, liaison to CPA, tax preparation, audit preparation, insurance analysis, cost control and HR & benefits management. Her experience includes clients in the construction, retail, technology, staffing and marketing industries.

Nicole Cook, Director – Digital Marketing and Organizational Development, ESTJ

Nicole’s creative, yet analytical approach makes her an excellent project manager and graphic design resource for our clients. 

Her ability to collaborate, work efficiently and shepherd projects to the finish line on time and above standard makes her an asset to any team.

Drew Dinges, Director of Healing + Design, ENTJ

Drew has degrees in both graphic design and horticulture. Marketing himself as a holistic horticulturist, his 20 + years of healing mind, body and spirit through engaging allies from both the mineral and plant kingdoms has landed him in his unique position of working part time at KMG as a graphic designer and part time at Chakra as Director of Healing + Design/Resident Crystal Resonance Therapist.

Emily Gyan, Senior Account Manager & Digital Strategist, ENFJ

Emily is an entertainment professional who brings passionate communication and storytelling skills to the table. Enthusiastic about social networking and the arts, she has a strong communications and creative background. She spent years as a performance ambassador for the National World War II Museum in New Orleans, as well as the Gary Sinise Foundation, and served as a Corporate Communications & Community Outreach liaison for Fortune 500 healthcare company, Centene. A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, Emily earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre.

Serena Mounts, Content Consultant, ESFJ

Serena is a senior PR and social media professional with 17 years of experience. She currently specializes in influencer relations, social media strategy and content, and strategic writing. 

Having worked at both large and small PR agencies, she has represented dozens of marquee clients across a spectrum of industries, including: AT&T, the CDC, Clorox, Dove, Energizer, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, the March of Dimes and more. She managed AT&T’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs, including spearheading the brand’s anti-texting-while-driving campaign, “It Can Wait,” for several years.

Serena graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.

Amy Burger, Media Relations Consultant, ENFJ

Amy is a seasoned strategic communications professional and copywriter with nearly 20 years of experience working in the St. Louis market. She has worked in a variety of sectors, including nonprofit and corporate, and helps clients of all sizes achieve their strategic communications goals.

Amy has strong relationships with members of the local media across all formats. She is also a freelance journalist who contributes to several local and regional publications. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master’s degree in media communications from Webster University.
