The Boulevard Farmers Market

KMG worked with The Boulevard, a popular shopping destination in St. Louis, to establish a weekly farmers market at the property (Every Sunday, May - October).

Now in its sixth season on The Boulevard, the Farmers Market draws more than 15,000 additional customers each season, representing a 30%+ increase in Sunday traffic during market season.

This popular community event not only helps to drive commerce with businesses, but also build community awareness as a unique shopping, dining and residential destination and drive leasing activity for commerical and residential units.
