*We work on a monthly retainer based on our estimated hours of work and our blended hourly rate of $200/hr.

    • Post, monitor and engage with visitors across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

    • Strategically boost events and platforms with paid promotions.

    • Engagement and collaboration with social media influencers (photographers, bloggers, etc) as needed.

    • Communicate upcoming promotions and events with customer and tenant audiences through monthly e-newsletters.

    • Develop and execute on a text-marketing strategy, as relevant.

    • Produce, as needed, all event graphics for print, social media, signage

    • Design all advertisements.

    • Advise on and create branded materials for the center (signage, site plans, etc.).

    • Support with design and development of leasing materials.
